Human Design Deep Dive

In our first session, we’ll look at your unique Human Design chart to uncover where your biggest shadows and core wounds lie. We’ll unpack what triggers you and explore how these patterns are showing up in your life.

6 Integrative Coaching Sessions

Every two weeks, we’ll meet for 60 minutes to work through specific triggers and patterns with actionable tools, including hypnotherapy, EFT, and energy clearing. uilding you up session by session.

12 Weeks Telegram Support

Between sessions, you’ll have ongoing support (Monday–Friday). Message me with insights, ask questions, and request energy clearing whenever needed. You’re never left feeling like you’re on your own with this work.

Why Regulate is Different

Imagine your consciousness as a house.


Most people try to solve their problems on the first or ground floor, because that’s where they spend the most time—it’s comfortable, familiar territory.


They avoid the basement.


The basement is dark, uncomfortable, and maybe even a bit scary–—yet, that’s where the treasures are hidden.


The basement of your consciousness is your subconscious mind, where your earliest memories, unprocessed emotions, and core programming are stored.


The thing is, these aren’t memories you actively think about. They’re hidden, but they’re affecting you—especially because you’re not aware of them.

Until you’re willing to venture down into that basement and unpack what’s down there, you’ll keep going round in circles, facing the same struggles and only finding temporary relief.

That’s where hypnotherapy comes in.


Unlike what you might see in movies, hypnotherapy is not about losing control; it’s about achieving a relaxed, focused state where we can access the subconscious mind more directly.


This allows us to safely explore those ‘basement’ memories and bring what’s hidden into the light, so you can process and release it.

Regulate uses hypnotherapy and other therapeutic techniques to help you access these deeper layers of self and create real, lasting change.
